About

Security reviews shouldn't be where deals go to wait.

A customer sends a 250-row spreadsheet, the deal pauses, and someone senior spends two days hunting through an audit report for sentences they've already written. Turnflow exists to hand that time back without cutting corners on accuracy.

The problem

Answers are commitments

Questionnaire answers often end up attached to a contract. An answer copied from last year's file, or a "Yes" that's broader than what the auditor actually tested, is a promise your company may have to keep.

So the quick route (paste old answers, say yes to everything plausible) carries real risk, and the careful route takes days. We built Turnflow to be fast because it is careful: every answer is traced to a sentence in your own evidence, and anything that can't be traced is left for you to decide.

Principles

How we work

01

Evidence first

Your documents are the only source. If they don't support an answer, the cell stays blank and the note says what's missing.

02

A person signs off

Every request is checked by a reviewer before it's released, and nothing flagged goes out without a decision.

03

Delete by default

Files are removed 14 days after delivery, or immediately if you ask. We keep the record that a request happened, not its contents.

04

One clear price

A fixed price per questionnaire, shown before you pay. No subscription to cancel. See pricing.

Company

Who's behind it

Turnflow is operated by CertioFlow, based in Texas.

We're a small, independent team, so you deal directly with the people doing the work. Questions about a request, our security, or a volume arrangement go to hello@turnflow.dev.

Before trusting us with your audit report, read how we handle it: security & data, subprocessors and the data processing addendum.
